Yes. Once we agree the scope, the price doesn't move. The only thing that adds cost is if you ask for something outside the original brief — and we'll always price that up clearly before doing it.
All prices on this page are quoted ex-VAT. We're a VAT-registered UK company so 20% VAT is added to every invoice.
50% deposit to kick the project off, 50% on launch. We can also split larger projects into milestone payments — just ask.
That's perfectly normal. The packages are starting points — most projects end up customised. Tell us what you need and we'll build a quote around it.
Not at all — care plans are completely optional. That said, around 90% of our clients stay on one because hosting, updates and security are a faff to manage yourself.
Yes. We can build on your existing host or hand the site over for you to host wherever you like. We just can't take responsibility for hosting we don't manage.
If for any reason you're not happy in the first 30 days post-launch, we'll either fix what's wrong or refund the build fee. We've never had to refund — but it's there for your peace of mind.
Yes — Starter can be split over 12 months from £149/mo (toggle the price above). The total cost is slightly higher but it spreads the load for newer businesses.
